All of our team have access to and are trained to use state of the art technology and online service delivery platforms. We are therefore comfortable meeting with you online and highly skilled at attending mediation and court online or by telephone.
In addition, all our family lawyers are admitted to the Hight Court meaning they can appear in the family law courts across Australia.
Our team has a depth of experience resolving both family law parenting and property matters when there are complex international issues involved. Some of the recent matters we have resolved include:
- Obtaining an order for the return of a child from a foreign country under the Hague convention;
- Having a decree of nullity granted in relation to an overseas marriage;
- Resolving a property and financial matter where one party had an overseas pension; and
- Finalising a property settlement matter where the parties owned overseas real estate.
