This means that our lawyers regularly appear in the Southport Specialist Domestic and Family Violence Court and the Southport Federal Circuit Court and can draw on their local knowledge and experience to achieve the best outcome for you. Our lawyers also frequently appear and advocate in the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court in Brisbane.
Our Gold Coast lawyers are very experienced in working on complex and challenging family law matters and some recent successful outcomes include:
- Obtaining an order for a parent to have sole parental responsibility and care of their daughter due to family violence concerns.
- Contesting an application for a protection order and having the application withdrawn.
- Obtaining parenting orders involving international living arrangements for a child.
- Overturning the terms of a Binding Financial Agreement to allow a party to receive additional property settlement funds.
- Obtaining orders for property settlement involving the split of an international pension fund.
