About Us

We genuinely believe that people are more important than profit and it is for this reason that in 2009 we were founded as Australia’s first non profit law firm.

We practice exclusively in family law and estate law. By practicing exclusively in these areas, we are able to provide first class yet affordable legal services every step of the way.

Call us on (07) 3548 5868 today to arrange your complimentary chat. If we are not immediately available, we will get back to you within 48 hours.

How Are We Different?

Our experienced team of lawyers practice exclusively in family law and estate law and have helped over 3,500 clients since 2009.

We genuinely care about you and your family and we can provide support and encouragement through our client care program.

Our ground-breaking non profit law firm model means there are no shareholders or partners making a profit from your matter so our services are more affordable.

Our integrated network of branch offices means you get the personalised care and attention of a small law firm with the efficiency and professionalism of a large firm.

Community Focus

At New Way Lawyers we are passionate about being an active member in and giving back to our community.

You can read more about our community projects on our Community Services Page.

COMMUNITY SERVICES

Our Purpose

At New Way Lawyers we think families are special. When difficult situations like conflict, separation, divorce or the passing of a loved one occur within a family we care and we want to help.

Our sole purpose is to provide a holistic response for individuals who are facing these challenging situations so that they can find a pathway forward for the future.

Our Structure

New Way Lawyers is a non-profit law firm. We are not motivated by profit or financial gain because there are no shareholders or partners in our organisation. There is also no financial benefit for individuals that serve on our board of directors.

This means that our services are more affordable because the purpose of our fees is simply to cover costs not to generate profit. Our constitution provides full details of our structure. A copy of our constitution is available from ASIC or from our office.
