We provide a free online service where New Way Lawyers’ experienced family lawyers spend their lunch break sharing legal information and responding to family law questions. Questions can be in relation to Parenting, Financial and Property Settlement, Divorce, Domestic Violence, Wills, Powers of Attorneys and Family Provision Claims.
Our family lawyers are online every weekday between 12:00 noon and 1:00pm to provide information and answers. Outside of these hours questions can still be left but will be answered as soon as possible.

Our family lawyers are also able to share their skills and expertise with the community, in person, through our legal education and information sessions. These sessions will be facilitated by one of our experienced lawyers free of charge. If you’re part of a community group that may benefit from information on any aspect of Family Law, we would love to hear from you. We would be happy to arrange a tailored education and information session based on your requirements. Contact our office to enquire about booking a session for your group.
