In addition, all our family lawyers are admitted to the Hight Court meaning they can appear in the family law courts across Australia.
Our team has a depth of experience resolving both family law parenting and property matters when there are complex international issues involved. Some of the recent matters we have resolved include:
- Obtaining an order for the return of a child from a foreign country under the Hague convention;
- Having a decree of nullity granted in relation to an overseas marriage;
- Resolving a property and financial matter where one party had an overseas pension; and
- Finalising a property settlement matter where the parties owned overseas real estate.
