Domestic Violence and Family Law Employee Assistance Program

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) provide valuable support for employees when they are facing difficult personal circumstances but now, more than ever, these programs need to evolve and provide broader support beyond just counselling.

For employees experiencing domestic violence, separation or divorce access to legal advice can be as important as access to counselling.

The inclusion of legal advice as part of an EAP means employees can focus on resolution, as well as resilience, for their circumstances. With an emphasis on resolution, employees are better able to focus on their normal responsibilities and day to day activities and also feel empowered to face the future.

Our Domestic Violence and Family Law EAP allows you to -

  • Respond to and manage the impacts of domestic violence, separation and divorce on your employees and your workforce;
  • Provide a wholistic EAP service to your employees that supports them mentally, emotionally and legally;
  • Foster a healthy and supportive workplace culture that demonstrates zero tolerance to domestic violence;
  • Make a difference and help end domestic violence in the broader community.
