Client Care Program

We understand that you and your family are facing a difficult and challenging situation. We want to assure you that we care about what you are going through and that we are here to help.

We know that first and foremost you have made contact with us for help to resolve the legal aspects of your situation. We are committed to assisting you with this goal and our legal team will provide you with the help you need.

While the legal aspects of your situation are being resolved we want to extend an invitation to you to participate in our Client Care Program. Our Client Care Program comprises a number of services aimed at providing you with support, encouragement, and a listening ear as you journey through this difficult experience.

After you have met with one of our lawyers, you will receive an email invitation to this program. We encourage you to accept the invitation and trust that you will benefit from the range of initiatives focused on providing care to you and your family.

Our Client Care Program is a free service.

Through our Client Care Program we provide the following free services:

Court & Mediation Support

An offer of additional support when you are attending Court or Mediation. In addition to your lawyer attending with you, a member of our Client Care Team can also attend to support you and keep you company.

Referrals and Connections

A source of information about organisations and individuals who may be able to assist you with specific physical, emotional or spiritual situations.

Heartfelt Messages

A personalised message when you are experiencing a milestone or a significant event in your life, whether it be sorrowful or joyous.

Prayer Support

An invitation to share any prayer needs you may have and a commitment from us to pray for your situation.

Resource Library

Our Client Care team have curated a range of books and resources to support and encourage you and your family through the challenges you may be facing. Reach out to our Client Care team if you would like a recommendation, as we are able to provide you with free resources relevant to your situation.
