Our Brisbane Office is centrally located in Eight Mile Plains. Located at the Logan Road offramp to the M1 and a few hundred metres from the Gateway motorway, the city, airport, Gold Coast and Ipswich are all in easy reach. It is easily accessible and there is free parking onsite. Public transport is also convenient with the South East Busway close by. For those who wish to avoid the travel we can also offer virtual meeting options, if you prefer to meet from your home or workplace.
Our Brisbane lawyers are a close knit team, who will provide you with personalised service. All our team will know you by name and you will know all of them by name as well.
Our Brisbane lawyers have a wealth of experience resolving difficult and emotional family law matters. Some of the matters they have recently resolved include:
- The successful return of a child to Australia, through Hague Convention proceedings, after a parent removed the child to a Scandinavian country;
- A successful application allowing a parent and child to relocate to a new location in Australia;
