Community Education and Information Session – Older Women’s Network

New Way Lawyers Principal Lawyer, Jennifer Claridge, and Lawyer, Joanne Auyeung from our Capalaba office joined a meeting of the Older Women’s Network sharing about Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Directives. Jennifer provided general information about these legal documents and took questions from the floor about the range of options available when formalising wishes regarding future care arrangements and distribution of an estate. The attendees were also provided with some take home resources containing further information.

Thank you to the Older Women’s Network for giving us the opportunity to meet their group of lovely ladies and provide this education and information session. A representative of the group made contact with us after picking up one of our Estate Planning Health Check flyers which we have at our offices and Community Document Witnessing JP Stands.

We look forward to being able to provide more Community Education and Information sessions in our community. If you’re part of a community group that may benefit from information on any aspect of family law or estate law, we would love to hear from you and would be happy to arrange a tailored Education and Information session.
